Over the next few months I will share ten key considerations for exhibit multimedia success. These considerations are strictly geared toward the usability of the program and NOT the educational content. Although we will touch on the overall content of a program, the specific educational considerations will not be addressed in these blog submissions. Some of the content will draw on or add to some of our archived submissions and some may cause us to elaborate in later blog submissions.
So what are they?? Well, in an effort to keep you reading in the coming weeks, I won’t give the complete list (also, the list may change as I write). But the key considerations will include the following general topics.
- Planning
- Hardware
- Software
- Security
- ROI
- Upkeep
So please stay tuned and remember that you can subscribe to this blog and see the latest submissions automatically using a news aggregator. I simply use my Google home page and have added Google Reader to it. It automatically displays new entries to the blogs that I like to watch. For information on setting up a news aggregator to watch our blog, visit www.point2explore.com/museum/blog.asp.
